This set of lightning talks will share reflections on the use of OERs in two disciplines, along with an instructional designer expert used for support and collaboration for the development and implementation of OERs in the college’s learning platform. Participants will learn about how OER can impact equity and inclusion in health pathways, the process to develop an OER for the nursing and wellness disciplines, and the importance of instructional support in the implementation of OERs.
